Dr. Crystal Jackson is a biochemist and drug development expert with over a decade of experience in biologics, preclinical research, and regulatory strategy. She holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Georgia and has led scientific programs across ophthalmology, immunology, and oncology.

As former Director of Biological Sciences at Lanier Biotherapeutics, Dr. Jackson guided the development of first-in-class biologics and led preclinical studies supporting IND readiness. Her expertise spans CRO/CDMO contracting, alliance management, and therapeutic quality assurance. She brings deep knowledge of pharmacokinetics, enzymatic assays, and translational research to PMT’s scientific and regulatory strategy.
